WEC finds nonexistent third party request

I am running the neweset version 3.0.0 on a fresh install. Unfortunately, wec finds an outgoing request to a third party host that does neither exist, nor make any sense:

I have cross-checked via http-toolkit and webkoll and the website in questen does not send any other requests than to cloudflare.
