EPICs Labels : Do we need Business Value/Priority at EPIC Label

Suggested decision CONs : Epics are phase of projects or small projects contributing for higher C4 goals managed by HoS/HoU/Directors. When arbitration is required, especially cross squad, it could be managed ad-hoc from the PI planning priorities.​

If it helps the PPO to manage his PI and sprint, it can be added, it is optional​
