Cross squads : Supply / Demand with Gitlab : option 2 (recommended)​

Requesting squad/programme manager : ​

1° Go onto the board of your supplying squad ​

2° In the "WORKFLOW::TODO" (or another squad one "To be validated/Defined eg) , ceation of an issue (User stories), within this board (using the appropriate template), ​

3° To assign the PPO / PO and Scrum onto the different User stories​

4° Add the labels "Requester : xx" as well "Project::xxx" if relevant​

4° Link this issues to your EPIC within your squad group​

Supplying squad, based on this request : ​

Will organise a 1-2-1 dedicated session or invite the requesting squad/programme mgr to a backlog refinement session;​

Will refine in Gitlab the user story and create child activities if relevant
