New labels sugestion

Please consider to use the following labels:

  1. Backlog::To be Refined
  2. Backlog::Refined
  3. User Stories

The 1. and 2. are useful in the Backlog refinement process. Where you can see if the issue in the backlog was already refined or not by the team.

The 3. is to be able to aggregate (link) several issues into user stories, because there is no type "user stories" in Git.
