Document process to link existing ~/Workspace to /opt/Workspace

For any given reason, people with existing ~/Workspace directory may want the files to be actually stored in /opt. Because best practice is to use ~/Workspace, the solution is to link /opt/Workpace to ~/Workspace.

The problem, for people with existing ~/Workspace is that there must be a procedure to move the files. The goal of this issue is to document the process in the readme of the example directory
