Document process to change Brew location

Brew package manager will use /home/linuxbrew default location. We instead want to configure /opt/linuxbrew. But we also want to show user with existing /home/linuxbrew how to migrate to /opt/linuxbrew with no setup loss.

The purpose of this issue is to document the process in the example/README.md file
