missing author and email in plugin

When you install a plugin, in the admin page on the installed plugin you are able to see some information. Author and email are missing.

Pls see screenshot below : 8fe6d553-100f-4a48-8ab9-9aecc385e71f

Also the Description is missing "mapping"
