🐛 Slow SSL handshake during load test

RPS Service Release: R8

Actual Behavior

During a load test of 1000 concurrent users, SSL Handshake is slow (averages at 10s).

Tested mapping: https://acceptance.eudr.webcloud.ec.europa.eu

Desired Behavior

We aim to load test up to 3000 concurrent users.
