feat: ZKP profiles comparable baseline

Intention is to have a baseline documentation for all ZKP profiles.

The EBIP defines structure on how the ZKP profile should be written, and what those sections should contain. The profile should cover all the details that are required to implement the functionality.

Provided examples are required to be standardised, where the standardised dataset contains strings, date and an integer.
