ECDC is an agency of the European Union aimed at strengthening Europe's defenses against infectious diseases.

This space is dedicated to publishing and maintaining ECDC’s open-source projects, supporting transparency, collaboration, and reuse across the public health community. At present, most of our open-source repositories are hosted on GitHub: https://github.com/EU-ECDC/. Over time, we aim to expand and consolidate our open-source presence on this platform.
