Clarify how to identify source of the laboratory report
We should clarify how recipient of the lab report identifies its source, i.e. laboratory that measured and reported the results. Traditionaly, this information is present in the header of the report. At this moment there are several possible places where to get this information from:
- author - the only mandatory field, but specification does not preclude organization here and allows more then one organization to be recorded
- attester - only optional
- custodian - might be the one, but is optional and according to the description it is rather a technical maintainer that ensures storage and access to the report - might be different from the lab.
So, we should clarify where this information should be taken from and adjust accordingly profiles to ensure that this information will be always part of the report or at least we should specify a business rule or guidance clarifying how the recipient shall handle the content of the lab report and identify source laboratory. In other words where to find information about organization or organizations responsible for the report and its content.
