eForms Governance - 4.1.1.5. - Description of technical fields, business rules and meta data

In eForms Governance document v. 21/01/2025, 4.1.1.5.

It should be stated in this part that all meaningfull information necessary to the translation of eForms text resources should be provided to the members states by COM/OP. Notably descriptions for technical fields (OPT and OPP), business rules, and any other meta data fields.

Reasoning : The lack of description of such information made it impossible for France to provide a complete translation of all eForms text resources during the translation work carried out this summer commissioned by the OPUE and in cooperation with our Belgian colleagues. Therefore we were only able to provide translations for BGs and BTs for which a contextualization was available in the eForms Implementation Regulation.

Moreovre having these kind of descriptions on technical and meta data fields would greatly improve our capability to answer queries we receive from eForms users.
