Optional to Mandatory fields - Implementation guide for older SDK version

As mentioned at the last EXEP (06/02/2025), regularly updating versions is very costly for our national stakeholders. In the third amendment, old optional fields and groups become mandatory (e.g. BG-700), so a version update is needed to comply with these changes.

Could you provide documentation on how to add the new mandatory BTs and BGs, and the associated new business rules, to the old SDK version (including decommissioned versions)?
