Legal Validity of the Excel Table (Celex) in eForms Regulation (EU) 2019/1780

We would like to request clarification regarding the legal validity of the Excel table available at the following link:https://ec.europa.eu/docsroom/documents/58074 This table corresponds to Table 2 of the Annex in the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1780, as amended by its second modification.

Our questions:

  1. Can the Excel table provided in the link above, as well as those distributed in webinars, be considered a legally valid and fully accurate representation of the Annex to the eForms Regulation (EU) 2019/1780?
  2. We have observed that the Excel file is periodically updated (e.g., "Last update: 20/02/2024"). How does this updating process align with the legal status of the eForms Regulation? Could there be instances where the Excel file differs from the legally binding regulation, and if so, how should discrepancies be interpreted?
