Direct award justification
As preparation for the upcoming eForms workshop, please find attached the analysis of the usage of Direct Award Justification codes. Could you please have a look at the mapping we carried out based on TED data for 2024 highlighting which codes are used according to the Directives.
The aim of the exercise is to better understand the usage of the codes and to decide whether or not a business rule is necessary for some cases.
