Unlimited contracts and frame contracts

The duration of the Framework Agreement is given by:

  1. BT-536 Duration Start Date
    • Description: The (estimated) date when the contract, framework agreement, dynamic purchasing system or qualification system will start.
    • Data type: Date
  2. BT-537 Duration End Date
    • Description: The (estimated) period from the start to the end of the contract, framework agreement, dynamic purchasing system or qualification system. This shall include any options and renewals.
    • Data type: Date
  3. BT-536 Duration Period
    • Description: The (estimated) period from the start to the end of the contract, framework agreement, dynamic purchasing system or qualification system. This shall include any options and renewals.
    • Data type: Duration
  4. BT-537 Duration Other
    • Description: The duration is unknown, unlimited, etc.
    • Data type: Code

Duration Other includes the possibility to select unlimited duration for Framework Agreements. To provide an overview of the current situation the analysis of this value has been analysed for 2024. The table shows all notices with at least one lot using unlimited framework agreement. The table splits the result into competition notices, result notices, other notices, all notices, percentage compared to all FA in this country and compared to all other countries.
