eforms issues that are present till SDK v1.12

The two issues below are present till v1.12, hopefully they are already fixed in the next version or will be fixed in the upcoming version

BT-538-Lot (Estimated Duration) is currently set as a mandatory criterion, but it is marked as optional in the interface, which is causing confusion among Contracting Authorities. We’ve been informed by the developers that this is a known SDK issue and that it persists up to version 1.12. It would be highly appreciated if this could be addressed and resolved in a future update to avoid further misunderstandings.

We would also like to raise an issue regarding BT-50-Lot, where the system currently enforces a mandatory minimum value of 5/3 or more. While it is true that the directive states this threshold for procedures such as competitive dialogue, it also provides the possibility for fewer participants under specific conditions. As reflected in the Public Procurement Regulations, which directly transpose the directive, while the general rule is “5/3 or more,” exceptions are permitted. Therefore, we suggest that the SDK is updated to either: • Makes this criterion non-mandatory, or • Allows values less than 5/3 to be entered, where justified. This adjustment would align the system more closely with the flexibility provided in the legislation and reduce unnecessary compliance obstacles for Contracting Authorities
