Adjustment as of SDK 1.13 (patch) on BT-01
As of the patch for SDK 1.13 the use of the legal basis and the code list will be corrected. A new code for EU Institutions will be added and notice subtype 38 (contract modification for D24) will also allow Defence Procurement (D81).
