FI translations in 1.13 - references

In code.xml file in SDK the Finnish translations are not understandable. English word "references" has been translated as "viitteet". The translations vary vastly between ESPD, the directive and now eForms.

16300 "code|name|selection-criterion.slc-abil-ref-services Viitteet määriteltyihin palveluihin"

16301 "code|name|selection-criterion.slc-abil-ref-supply Viitteet määriteltyihin toimituksiin"

16302 ""code|name|selection-criterion.slc-abil-ref-work" Viitteet määriteltyihin töihin"

**A better translation would be **

16300 "code|name|selection-criterion.slc-abil-ref-services"Kokemus määritellyistä palveluista"

16301 "code|name|selection-criterion.slc-abil-ref-supply"Kokemus määritellyistä tavarantoimituksista"

16302 "code|name|selection-criterion.slc-abil-ref-work Kokemus määritellyistä rakennusurakoista"
