Business terms in contract modifications even though they were not included in the contract award notices.

I noticed that certain BTs (especially from the “Contract Terms” business group) are included in the CMs even though they are not included in the CANs. Why is that?

In my opinion, it is unnecessary to include these optional fields at this point.
