BT-105 and design contests

The codelist for BT-105 does not contain an entry for "design contest". In our view, however, design contests are their own procedure. How is this resolved in MS, which code is generally chosen, is there a rule/recommendation, any experience of the practice? In TED, I can find various codes being chosen.

(Note: finding design contests is workable since they are contained in their own dedicated notices, so this is not necessarily the issue - it just needs filtering out design contests when trying to e.g. see how many open procedures are conducted).
