Guide for CAN - framework agreement call-off

It would be useful to have a guide - in the sense of a walkthrough through the BT - through the options when publishing a CAN for a call-off from a framework agreement and for a specific contract within a dynamic purchasing system. For call-offs from framework agreements, BT-768 allows for a filtering, but the other fields (e.g. BT-105 procedure type) may be confusing to assess as they are phrased with regard to a stand-alone procedure. Having such a guide at EU level would be useful in order to avoid differing approaches and therefore divergent data by MS (in such MS where call-offs from framework agreements are already mandatory or planned to be).
