Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS)

Do we understand it correctly that only **Results and LotResults ** should be used to inform about the results of competitions carried out within the DPS? It would also mean that the Lots should be left untouched (“shouldn’t be redefined”). Does this mean also the information in the Procedure section should be left untouched?

  • If yes, we believe this gives no room to inform about the actual competition carried out, e.g. what has been the precise good or service that was tendered and is actually being purchased.

We would like to clarify, should the DPS result notices repeat the information of the DPS-notice or should the information reflect the actual competition carried out within the DPS. And if it’s the latter, what information should be left untouched (other than BT-766 which we know of)?
