Voluntary notices

technical note to maybe correct in a future amendment – the Implementing Regulation still defines the change notice as “changing any of the notices listed above”, meaning the notices according to the procurement directives; however, the change notice can probably also be used to change the voluntary notices E1 to E6 (i.e. the notices “below”).
