Field BT-809: Selection Criteria codelist

Dear All, According to our national law, the selection criteria should be present in the notice (in case of public buyer, there is no possibility to refer to the procurement documentation or ESPD only). The code list for BT-809 (Selection Criteria) contains 32 possible values in SDK 1.12 and there is no possibility to announce "Not applicable" or "None" (no such values in the list). Currently we have got such a request from one of our buyers, who doesn't want to pose selection criteria at all. Is there any chance the value "None" to be added in the future SDK for BT-809?
