Deviating from this, however, two (!) fields are specified in the [associated SDK](https://github.com/OP-TED/eForms-SDK/blob/1.13.0/fields/fields.json). These are - **BT-811(a) (_EED List (Basis)_)** with the valid codes defined in [„energy-efficiency-basis“](https://op.europa.eu/en/web/eu-vocabularies/concept-scheme/-/resource?uri=http://publications.europa.eu/resource/authority/energy-efficiency-basis) code list, i. e. values that indicate the basis for calculating the energy efficiency) and - **BT-811(b) (_EED List (Item)_)** with the valid codes defined in [„energy-efficiency-item“](https://op.europa.eu/en/web/eu-vocabularies/concept-scheme/-/resource?uri=http://publications.europa.eu/resource/authority/energy-efficiency-item) code list, i. e. codes for products, works and services covered by The Ecodesign Directive, Regulation 2020/740, European Union green public procurement criteria or Buildings covered by the obligation in Article 7 EED. **For transparency at all levels of discussion, both (!) fields, BT-811(a) AND BT-811(b), should be explicitly shown in the [EXCEL table](https://code.europa.eu/eproc/eforms/docs/-/blob/main/annex/20250121_eforms_3rd_amendment.xlsx?ref_type=heads) and not just mentioned in the explanatory text.** Both fields have very different contents, which should not only be known at the technical level.
