The current German translation for BT-727 "Place Performance Services Other" is considered misleading or imprecise within the context of Place of Performance for services. BT-727 is used when the place of performance for services can be `anywhere` / `anywhere in EEA` / `anwhere in the given country`. BT-727 specifically addresses the options for defining the place of performance, particularly for services, where regional codes (NUTS) might not be applicable. The usage of BT-727 is prohibited by business rules when NUTS code is provided in BT-5071. The existing translation does not clearly convey this scope, leading to potential misinterpretation for German-speaking users. We discussed the following tailoring with the German expert group Pre-Award and we propose updating the German translation to be more precise and contextually accurate. This clarifies the focus on options for services.
