Therefore, for all organisations that are economic operators referred to in a tendering party there will be a way withhold information on organisation- and tendering party-level. - Please note that if an organisation is also a public procurement service provider, in addition to being referred to in a tendering party, the organisation would need to be stated twice. The withholdable information would entail the following fields that will all be grouped together and form the 13th group of “withholdable” groups of fields: **“Information about tendering organisations”**.
