The German translation currently used for ‘procurement documents’ is ‘Auftragsunterlagen’. This term appears around 20 times in the names and descriptions of various BG and BT. However, the term does not appear in German law. In some BT, the German term has already been corrected via national tailoring to ‘Vergabeunterlagen’ to bring it into line with the legal definition. We suggest to correct all occurences of ‘Auftragsunterlagen’ with ‘Vergabeunterlagen’ in eForms.
