BG-4, BT-165, BT-706, BT-746; Tenderer in eForms description of BG Winner
The question is: why are tenderer mentioned in the descriptions of BG-4 "Winner" and its BT. The BT-names are all referring to "Winner", but the descriptions contains the term "tenderer".
The according usage rules make BG-4 only usable in subtypes 25 to 37. At this stage the notices are used to publish the awarded winners. Isn't the term tenderer therefore irrelevant and should be removed?
