Non-public data in the PPDS

In the context of available data/access to data, in eForms, there is section BG-8 (Not Immediately Published). To my understanding, some sections in eForms can be marked as unpublished and they will not show up on TED until the date indicated in BT-198 (Access Date). These fields are still filled out with all other sections, meaning that they are available to the Official Journal at least technically. How does PPDS deal with these fields? Are they available to PPDS? Are they visible to us when we get access to the raw data? This question just showed up for us when thinking about making some fields mandatory, but then considering whether they might be considered sensitive in some cases; and we were wondering if the data would still be available through PPDS (but then it is available for all MS…).
