Joint procurement in eForms

Although in the methodology is this parameter (#isJointProcurement), however, in the eForms there is no such field. We have made some changes in our system, however, the data shows that it did not help and the indicator for Latvia is still zero. Therefore, we would like to know how the PPDS gathers this data from the eForms (from the organization roles or from other fields)?
