Strategic procurement source

The methodology shows that the source of this information comes from CN, not the CANs. However, Latvia has chosen to ask for this data in the results notices for better data quality, therefore, both indicators show zero. Is it scheduled to include data also from results notices on the second strategic indicator? Or is it possible to somehow indicate that there is no data available for Latvia, because it is not quite true to show zero (since there is strategic procurement in Latvia but the PPDS does not have data about it).
