Result notice date as contract conclusion date

Rule Definition

In each result notice where the contract conclusion date is not provided or it is not valid, the result notice date is used to infer the contract conclusion date.

Rule elaboration

When the contract conclusion date is not provided or it is no valid but can be infered as per this rule, both the original value of the contract conclusion date and the infered contract conclusion date are stored.

When the contract conclusion date is properly provided, the infered contract conclusion date takes the same information as the original contract conclusion date.
