Works contract nature type used to obtain the CPV

Rule Definition

In each procedure where the CPV code is not provided or it is not valid and the contract nature type is Works, the contract nature type is used to infer the CPV code.

Additional Information

Rule elaboration

In every procedure where the contract nature type is Works, the CPV code associated is always 45000000.

For contract nature types defined as goods or services, there are several CPV codes.

When the CPV is not provided or it is not valid but can be infered through the Contract nature type defined as Works per this rule, both the original value of the CPV and the infered CPV are stored.
