The procurement techniques are:

Framework agreement, dynamic purchasing system, and electronic auction usage.

To obtain the prociurement techniques it is necessary to follow this steps:

Creating 3 new properties at notice level, which are boolean, specifying whether the notice announces a framework agreemnet or not, dynamic purchasing system or not, and electronic auction or not.
