Total awarded value is equal to the sum of awarded lots
Total awarded value is equal to the sum of values of awarded lots in result notices. Total estimated value is equal to the sum of the estimated values for lots in competition notices. If this is not the case (the difference >=5%), than this is an error and the value to be used as more reliable is the lowest of the two. The general rule is that we are always conservative regarding values and use the lowest, if more are available for the same item, as it is considered more reliable. In addition:
- if the estimated values of lots/awarded value of lots (in both, competition and result notices) are identical, this indicates a potential lack of reliability of these values.
- if the value of a lot/contract award is larger than the total value of procurement (sum of lost/contract awards) then this is an error.
