Total awarded value when the difference between the total awarded value and the sum of  the awarded values of the awarded lots is higher than a given percentage

Rule Definition

For every result notice where the difference between the total awarded value and the sum of the awarded values of the awarded lots is higher than or equal to 5% of the total awarded value, the lower of the two values is used as the total awarded value.
