Contracts from Framework Agreement Competition Notices are Purchase Contracts

Rule Definition

A contract resulting from a lot award is a Purchase Contract when the lot award is published in a Result Notice that derives from a Competition Notice identified as a Framework Agreement.

Rule elaboration

A Competition Notice is identified as a Framework Agreement through either:

  • The unique procedure identifier linking the Result Notice to a Competition Notice marked as Framework Agreement
  • The "refers to previous" field in the Result Notice pointing to a Competition Notice marked as Framework Agreement
