EUSURVEY 1.4.5 1. NEW FEATURES 1.1. New login screen & two-factor authentication A new login screen has been implemented in order to direct EU staff and non EU staff to the right authentication methods. Users not woking for an EU institution are guided to authenticate using two-factor authentication. Users working for an EU institution can login using their credentials (username/password). Report an issue with this survey link A new link to report an issue with a survey has been added to the main page of published survey. It directs the visitor or contributor to a page where he can report the survey specifying why he think the survey is in infringement with the EUSurvey policy and terms of service. Survey owners will be informed of the number of times their surveys have been reported. This will be displayed through a red warning banner at the top of the survey summary. 1.3. GDPR-related enquiry On this matter, a new item has been added on the Support page in the “Contact reason” menu. 1.4. Freeze a survey This new feature offers the possibility to administrators to block a survey, in other words to make it inaccessible from the web. This is now in place within the administration section. 1.5. Ban a user This new feature offers the possibility to administrators to ban a user account. The ban user will no longer be able to connect to the EUSurvey application. 2. DIFFERENT ENHANCEMENTS TARGETING SYSTEM'S USABILITY 2.1. General performance improvements A number of measures have been taken to improve the overall performance of the application for participants as well as for the survey managers. 2.2. Improvement of User Experience Several small changes have been completed to improve the usability and user experience of EUSurvey. The FAQ section has been updated to specify the steps to perform in order to configure the confirmation message that participants see when they have submitted their contribution. 3. DIFFERENT BUG-FIXES AFFECTING THE SYSTEM'S USABILITY 3.1. Exporting Results bugs Some bugs detected when exporting results have been corrected. Some exports used to fail due to file attachment names containing special characters or due to too many results. Export of large survey is now more reliable. 4.
