Missing dct:title in continent scheme

Scheme resource/authority/continent has rdfs:label and skos:prefLabel, but is missing dct:title.

Using Sciensano HealthDCAT-AP SHACL validator, with settings Validate as HealthDCAT-AP Sensitive Data, Option full-v0.1.1, validation error is:

Each skos:ConceptScheme must have at least one dct:title.
Location:[Focus node] - [http://publications.europa.eu/resource/authority/continent] - [Result path] - [http://purl.org/dc/terms/title]

The Validator reports a validation error for the EU Publications Office Continent concept scheme, even though the scheme URI is not (directly) present in my dataset file.

Validating examples from Fair Data Point, e.g. Assessing Immune Response of Different COVID-19 Vaccines in Older Adults returns the same error.
