HTML dataset description in multiple languages

We describe our datasets in simple HTML (links, bold, basic formatting) in multiple languages (dcat:description property). It looks this is not possible to translate to HealthDCAT-AP. Or we have to convert to plain string and use @language or we can have multiple "@type": "rdf:HTML" values, but without language information.

Maybe the standard could allows for inLanguage property which we could add next to the value to describe the language of the description in HTML.
