Quick Reference section

The Quick Reference section appears to have been reproduced directly from DCAT-AP 3.0. It doesn't include any of the new properties in HealthDCAT-AP or any of the stricter cardinalities (e.g. Dataset.applicableLegislation and Dataset.contactPoint as mandatory). This is extremely confusing, especially to users who many not be familiar with DCAT-AP.

Please either update the section asap, or remove it until such a time when it can be built correctly.
