Broken vocabulary links

The links to the following controlled vocabularies are currently broken:

Health categories
Health theme
Publisher type
Health activity

While we understand that these vocabularies are not finalised or fully released yet, it would still be beneficial for the links to the draft vocabularies to resolve properly to allow ongoing review and feedback, as well as facilitate integration into national developments.
