Unposted annotation warning (from ANOT-406)

Feedback by Revti and Fernando, 07.10.2022:

  1. the moment I try to post to any group the color of the background changes, which ideally should happen if I click outside the annotation. -> check if it's possible not to go into warning mode when opening the dropdown?

  2. we should use a lighter colour and a less aggressive warning icon

  3. Another Problem I saw is in Suggestion - The moment we try to give justification for a suggestion the background color change with the warning message –It should not throw the warning message if i am still in the justification of same suggestion. Right now If you see below I have opened the editor but there is no warning message on the annotation ( it looks like that justification is open with the suggestion and is causing the problem)
