Annex Track changes (Clone proposal) - Move option is not available when done inside ck editor

Summary:-

Not possible to move the points inside Annex

Steps:-

Scenario:-

1.Go to a Annex which is cloned

2.Try to move a point by opening the ck editor and right click - NOK ( option is not available )
