Act parts content: avoid putting extra non content related : remove fork info from xml and add it to database

SUMMARY

During the translation, prefinalisation, transmission exercice , @Fernando.NUBLA-DURANGO spotted some user info in the act .

After investigation, it seems that these fork information have been added in there because at that time we were using CMIS and could not store it into database.

The scope of this ticket is to:

• do a technical analysis on this topic
• have these non content related information removed from the xml and moved to the DB side.

To be fine tune based on the technical analysis output

• A technical analysis is done
• Fork info , including target user is removed from the xml
