Prefinalisation : remove all class="template" from the xml files

SUMMARY

In the ticket #1773 (closed) "Prefinalisation : remove class="template" on filled in element" , we have removed class template from the elements modified by the API.

In this new story we have to remove it from all xml files (even the parts/content not modified by the API).

Today , class template still exist in the signature of the BILL in the API output :

No more "class="template" should remain in the output of the API
