Track for Elements Number Change

SUMMARY

In Track Changes, for structural changes, when the number of the elements have some change we need to trace it. Now, for the track changes in Legal Act in Cloned Proposal, when we add or remove Articles or Recitals, the numbers does not have track changes.

The track changes in Legal Act in Cloned Proposal, when we add or remove Articles or Recitals, should have the numbers with track changes.

OTHER DESCRIPTIONS / DOCUMENTATION

We need to check in future that we also have other elements like levels and point that will also have the same, but we can test them only when we have track changes enabled for Annexes.
