Add statistics and group_by options to performance/broadband API endpoint

The power/broadband endpoint supports the statistics and group_by options, but these are currently missing from performance/broadband.

They should be added for consistency and improved analytical capabilities:

  • statistics: Calculate statistical values (e.g., mean, standard deviation) over the performance/broadband results.

  • group_by: Enable grouping of results to support statistical aggregation (e.g., by month, year).
